About Nigel

Nigel brings an impressive career to the dinner table: He is a vastly experienced chef/ lecturer who’s operated at the very highest level. The likes of Her Majesty the Queen, Sir Alex Ferguson, Sir Steve Redgrave, the England Rugby Union Team, and many more famous personalities have enjoyed his cuisine. Through his career, he’s also held contracts at auspicious venues including Henley Royal Regatta and the Royal Ballet School.
